Manic Panic Atomic Turquoise Classic Semi-Permanent Hair Color 118ml

Atomic Turquoise is an aqua blue color, bright and radiant, with green undertones.
This color can add turquoise tones to virgin hair (max. level 4), not bleached but becomes brighter when the hair is lightened until you obtain a very light blonde (level 11).
It is advisable to tone hair that has golden/yellow highlights before proceeding with the chosen color to avoid unwanted shades.
