Manic Panic Atomic Turquoise Amplified Semi-Permanent Direct Color 180ml

Atomic Turquoise is an aqua blue color, bright and radiant, with green undertones.
This color can add turquoise tones to virgin hair (max. level 4), not bleached but becomes brighter when the hair they are lightened to obtain a very light blonde (level 11).
It is advisable to tone hair that has golden/yellow highlights before proceeding with the chosen color to avoid unwanted shades.
