Modality à of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops a day of o and to be diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). È possible external use for relaxing massages by diluting appropriately in an emollient base, or add a few drops in the aroma diffusers. 2 drops on average contain 87 mg of oe of mandarin. Close carefully after use.
