Ingredients
Oil of fish; animal gelatin (water, gelatin - sulfur dioxide and sulphites); Iron pyrophosphate; stabilizers: glycerin, thickeners: glyceryl monostearate, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; Zinc sulfate monohydrate; Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide); Vitamin E (DL-a-tocopherylacetate); Vitamin B5 (Calcium pantothenate); Copper sulfate pentahydrate; dyes: red and yellow iron oxide (E172), titanium dioxide (E171); Sodium fluoride; Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin 0.1%; support: maltodextrin); Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin); Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride); Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride); Folic acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic acid); Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol; support: medium chain triglycerides, tocopherol); Potassium iodide; Sodium selenite; Vitamin H (Biotin).

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take one capsule a day, preferably during one of the main meals. To be swallowed without chewing.
