To prepare an excellent infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), put in a filter bag and let it rest for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally; cover the container so as not to disperse the most substances; birds.
Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the back of the spoon. Use one sachet per cup. Sweeten, if desired, with sugar or honey.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
