Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate; L-glutamine; taurine; L-carnitine fumarate; vitamin C (L-ascorbite acid, ethylcellulose); flavoring (dextrose from corn, maltodextrin from corn, flavors, E414, E320); zinc citrate; potato maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: acesulfame K; aspartame; pyridoxine hydrochloride; thiamine hydrochloride; riboflavin.

Mode; of use
