Description
Food supplement in tablets based on three sources of magnesium of which marine, citrate and pidolate in association with vitamin B6 which favors its absorption.
È useful against tiredness and fatigue, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.

Ingredients
Marine magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate , magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride; total magnesium content equal to 45%); bulking agents: cellulose and dicalcium phosphate; magnesium citrate, magnesium pidolate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Mode à of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably between meals.
