Description
Food supplement based on magnesium and amino acids. Magnesium intervenes in the processes of cell division and can; promote electrolyte balance, protein synthesis and normal muscle function. With vitamin B6 it contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, supports normal psychological functions, promotes energy metabolism and helps to combat tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, together with phosphorus, it maintains the well-being of bones and teeth.
Product suitable for vegans. Contains no preservatives, dyes, flavors and synthetic sweeteners.

Ingredients
Magnesium glycerophosphate, maltodextrin from corn or rice, (L-) glutamine, (L-) aspartic acid , citric acid, (L-) glutamic acid, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate); sweeteners of natural origin: steviol glycosides and thaumatin.

Modality à of use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (4.7 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), once or twice a day at any time (from 4.7 to 9.4 g per day). Pour the powder into the dry glass, add the water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
