Food supplement based on magnesium and amino acids. Magnesium intervenes in the processes of cell division and can; promote electrolyte balance, protein synthesis and normal muscle function. With vitamin B6, it contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, supports normal psychological functions, promotes energy metabolism and helps to counteract tiredness and fatigue. Modality à of use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (4.7 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), once or twice a day at any time (from 4.7 g to 9.4 g per day). Pour the powder into the dry glass and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
