Description
Food supplement based on Magnesium from 4 different sources: carbonate, citrate, pidolate and marine. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the electrolyte balance, the proper functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. 3 tablets a day provide 375 mg of magnesium equal to 100% of the NRV (daily reference nutritional values).

Ingredients
Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); Magnesium Carbonate, Magnesium Citrate, Marine Magnesium (Magnesium Chloride and Magnesium Sulphate: Magnesium content 7%), Magnesium L-Pidolate; anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids.

3 tablets a day between meals. Take with plenty of water.
