Modality à of use
Unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, the recommended daily dose is; of 3.25 g per day of magnesium chloride dissolved in water (equal to 388 mg per day of elemental magnesium).
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a liter of water. Take about 250 ml of solution per day, preferably between meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
