Coating agents: Modified starch (E1420), Talc, Glycerol, Shellac; Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Rutin, Alpha-lipoic Acid, N-Acetylcysteine, Bilberry fruit extr. dry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) tit. 36% in Anthocyanosides, Bromelain, Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate, Talc; 0.1% Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, citric acid), L-Selenomethionine, Zinc oxide, Copper gluconate, Folate (Pteroyl-monogluttamic acid), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), color: Titanium dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take it away from meals (immediately before or at least two hours after).

Do not exceed the maximum recommended dose.
