It adheres optimally (like a second skin) and protects the wound even in the event of total immersion in water.
It promotes the healing process because it is keeps the environment humid, protects it from water and bacteria but allows the skin to breathe, avoiding maceration processes.

In transparent polyurethane, totally impervious to water and bacteria but permeable to water vapour. The central part is enlarged to offer high protection even in proximity to of the central pad.
