CE medical device. Transparent, flexible, elastic and very thin polyurethane patch (approximately 20 microns). It adheres optimally (like a second skin) and protects the wound even in the event of total immersion in water. It promotes the healing process because it is keeps the environment humid, protects it from water and bacteria but allows the skin to breathe, avoiding maceration processes.
