Ingredients
Whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, skim cocoa powder; emulsifier: soy lecithin; L-glutamine; sweetener: sucralose.
Contains milk and soy.
Does not contain gluten.

Dissolve two scoops (about 25 g) of powder per day in half a glass of water, milk, fruit juice or yogurt. Mix until a homogeneous compound is obtained.

The total protein intake (diet plus supplement) must not exceed 1.5 g / day / kg body weight.
