Mode; of use
Pour 3 scoops (about 33.3 g) of powder per day into a glass of water, or other beverage, or mix into smoothies. Mix until a homogeneous compound is obtained.

Warnings
The total protein intake (diet plus; supplement) must not exceed 1.5 g / day / kg of body weight. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) it is; need to consult your doctor. The product is; contraindicated in cases of renal and hepatic pathology, during pregnancy and under the age of 12.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 10 and 25 degrees.
Validity ; unopened: 36 months.
