Indications
Suitable for people intolerant to lactose or milk proteins and vegetarians.

Dosage and method; of use
Dilute 2 scoops (about 16.6g) of powder per day in a glass of water, milk or other drink, or mix with smoothies, yogurt, etc., until obtaining a homogeneous liquid. Thanks to the neutral taste, the absence of sweetener and the exceptional solubility, pu ó also be added to commonly used foods (cakes, soups, sauces, etc.), to increase the protein intake.
