Lithos

Food supplement based on potassium and magnesium citrate.
It is of particular help in subjects subjected to an intense loss of fluids, such as strong sweating, diuresis or diarrhea, or in patients receiving drugs such as diuretics, laxatives or cortisone.
Citrus taste.

Tribasic potassium citrate, magnesium citrate.

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take two sachets a day, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor.
LITHOS BUSTE é; to be taken preferably on a full stomach, taking the sachet dissolved in a glass of water.
For different indications (prevention of kidney stones) follow the medical prescription.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
LITHOS BUSTE é; contraindicated in patients with hyperkalaemia or hypermagnesemia, or with conditions that may predispose to the appearance of such plasma alterations. These conditions include chronic renal failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. The concomitant use of LITHOS BUSTE and potassium-sparing drugs (triamterene, spironolactone, amiloride) could cause hyperkalaemia. It is therefore advisable to monitor the progress of kalaemia.
No interactions with other drugs are known.
Rarely, during treatment, mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal heaviness, nausea and occasionally diarrhea may develop. The tablet pack can; be particularly suitable for these subjects.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place away from light and localized heat sources, from sunlight and avoid contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package.
