Dietary supplement of fiber and Omega 3 of natural origin. Recommended as an adjuvant to intestinal transit and as an aid in the regulation of cholesterol metabolism, thanks to the contribution of fiber and Omega 3. The effectiveness of these flax seeds is; given by the fact that they are mechanically split and stored under inert gas. The common flax seed if not split is useless.
