Mode; of use
We recommend taking 2 teaspoons; per day to be taken pure or to dress salads, cereals, soups, pasta raw. For cosmetic use, apply with a suitable massage until completely absorbed. On the hair distribute as a pack and leave on 30-60 minutes before shampooing; on dry hair, apply a few drops on the lengths.
