Flax Seed Oil

Food supplement based on flaxseed oil, Omega 3-6-9.
Linseed oil is a rich natural source of polyunsaturated and essential fatty acids, including Omega 3 acids.
This product can be used for its beneficial properties for the skin and digestive system.

Ingredients
Flax (Linum usotatissimum L.) seed oil, Capsule: Gelling agent (Modified starch, Vegetable glycerine, Carrageenan); Acidity regulator: Sodium di-phosphate; Bulking agent: Medium chain triglycerides; Emulsifier: Lecithin.

Without added salt, sugar, colourings, preservatives and artificial flavourings.
Free of Soya, Yeast, lactose , gluten, Wheat and Milk derivatives.

Nutritional characteristics

How to use
For internal use: adults and children over 6 years of age, two capsules a day with a glass of water.
For use external: puncture the capsule and apply the contents to the skin, massaging delicately until absorbed.

Warnings
If using anticoagulant drugs, consult your doctor before taking the supplement . Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to consult your doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 36 months.
