Ingredients
Resistant tapioca starch (44%) , Wheat gluten (10%), vegetable fibre, salt, raising agent: Disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; anti-caking agent: E551; flavouring, stevia.
How to use
Pour 500g of the preparation with 200g of clarified butter into a bowl or planetary mixer and mix. Combine 200g of erythritol and 4 medium eggs. Mix until you obtain a smooth dough. Leave to rest for half an hour at a temperature of 5 degrees. Divide the dough and prepare the biscuits (you can flavor them as you prefer e.g. cocoa). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
