Herbal tea with properties soothing and relaxing.
The Linden (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) è known for its characteristic inflorescences gathered in clusters and for the bract, a kind of small leaf attached to the flower peduncle. The aromatic substances that the plant emanates during flowering and which it concentrates in the bracts and flowers, are found intact in the herbal tea giving them, in addition to the well-known properties; relaxing, also a characteristic aroma.
Linden is chosen on the basis of the total flavonoid content (minimum 0.5% calculated as isoquercitrin).

Ingredients < br /> Flowers and floral bracts of lime (Tilia Platyphyllos Scop).

Mode à of use
A filter è enough to prepare a cup of infusion. Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the more substances; birds. To sweeten it is recommended to use honey.
