Description
Libramed thanks to Policaptil Gel Retard, acts in the intestine forming a highly viscous gel that promotes the control of the postprandial glycemic peak, reducing the quantity À and speed absorption of carbohydrates (retard effect).
Ci Ò also determines a reduction in the sense of hunger and postprandial sleepiness. Furthermore, with the same mechanism, Policaptil Gel Retard limits the absorption of fats, promotes intestinal transit and regulates the consistency of stool.
Libramed, associated with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake and regular activity; physics, thanks to its mechanism of action, È indicated for weight control in adults and children from 8 years of age.
Directions for use
Take the indicated dose with a large glass of water, taking care to swallow one tablet at a time.
Do not chew or break the tablet with your teeth.
For those with swallowing problems È Libramed tablets can be dissolved in warm water or unsweetened herbal teas, shaking until completely dissolved.
The drink obtained must be swallowed within a few minutes, before the gel is formed .
Take Libramed for a period of at least 2 months, taking care to suspend it for 2-3 days after each month of treatment.
Adults and children over 12 years: 3 tablets before the two main meals.
Children between 8 and 12 years: 2 tablets before main meals.
Warnings
For those who have swallowing problems È direct ingestion of the tablets, which must be previously dissolved, is not recommended.
It is recommended to take the product at least two hours after taking drugs to avoid a possible interaction with their absorption.
Do not take during pregnancy and lactation.
In subjects undergoing drug treatment for diabetes and hyperlipedemias, it is advisable to consult a doctor to evaluate the necessity of a possible variation of drug dosages.
