Liberino Gocce Nasali

Sterile physiological solution, ready to use, suitable for removing mucus or secretions and restoring of the physiological state of the nose of infants, children, adults and in aerosol therapy.
Liberino frees the nose of newborns from the mucus that often obstructs it and therefore facilitates feeding and sleep. infants. It is indicated for the removal of mucus or secretions and restoring the physiological state of the nose of children who are unable to clean it properly.
Promotes the elimination of excessive nasal secretions and, with the concomitant moistening action, remedies the dryness of the nose. respiratory tract for both children and adults.
Liberino can also be used for external eye hygiene. In this case, use a cotton swab wet with the contents of a vial, to gently cleanse the outside of the eye, keeping the eyelids lowered.

Components
Sodium chloride E.Ph. 45,0 mg, Water ppi 5,0 ml.

How to use
Infants: instill a few drops in the nostrils before feeding.
Children: instill a few drops in the nostrils 1-3 times a day.
Adults: 1-3 ampoules per day, distributing the contents between the two nostrils.
For newborns, open the vial by turning the top. Keeping the baby's head tilted to the right, gently insert the spout of the vial just inside the left nostril. Squeeze the vial on the sides and release the required amount of liquid. Recline the baby's head to the left and repeat the operation for the other nostril. Raise the baby's head and wipe the liquid that comes out of the nostrils.
For children and adults, before blowing the nose, wait a few seconds to allow the action.
Close the vial by pressing the top on the spout.
For aerosol therapy:
- as a fluidifying agent for secretions: follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the aerosol device;
- to dilute drugs: follow the instructions on the package of the drug to be diluted.

Warnings
The vial once opened and closed, after partial withdrawal of the contents, must be put back in the box and stored in a cool place, used within 48 hours. If used with a drug, follow the instructions in the package leaflet of the drug.
For use in aerosol therapy, do not use in patients with severe respiratory or cardiovascular diseases.
It does not contain preservatives and therefore can also be used for long periods.
