However, Dr. Gerckens'â„¢ lozenges are now gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free and gelatin-free.  Gum arabic, obtained from African acacia trees of the Acacia senegalis genus, replaces the usual edible gelatin, so much so that Dr. Gerckens'â„¢ tablets are also suitable for vegans.
Thanks to their use of high-quality ingredients, the lozenges are effective for hoarseness, loss of voice and dry mouth. The refined taste of blackcurrant makes each lozenge a pleasure.
