Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.)

Ingredients
Lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) from organic farming 95%; lemon verbena leaves (Lippia citriodora Kunth) 5%.

Mode à of use
A filter è enough to prepare a cup of infusion.
Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the more substances ; volatile.
To sweeten it is recommended to use honey.
