Food supplement based on psyllium fiber in two different granulometries, in powder and flakes, with prune juice, useful for promoting physiological functionality; of intestinal transit. The psyllium fiber also performs a prebiotic function to support the development of the intestinal bacterial flora.

Ingredients
For 3 sachets: 99% pure psyllium fiber (6 g) ; 95% pure psyllium fiber (6 g); dehydrated plum juice. Total dietary fiber 11.64 g.
