INFUSION CUT LEAVESDosage and method of use:
- decoction: the content of 2 level tablespoons in half a liter of cold water. Then boil slowly for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain (sweeten with honey if necessary), sip.
- Infusion: the contents of one level tablespoon in a teacup, pour boiling water, then leave under the lid for 20 to 30 minutes. Strain (possibly sweeten with honey), sip.
