Ingredients
Ultramag-magnesium sucrosomial (magnesium oxide), Lactium (hydrolysed milk proteins); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizers: polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium carbonate, hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; dye: indigo carmine.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet a day before going to bed.
