Mode d 'use 1 vial a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Screw the cap clockwise to break the safety ring. Then, continue screwing in the same direction until the powder contained in the cap pours into the vial. Shake well to obtain a uniform suspension. Unscrew the cap and drink immediately as is or diluted in other drinks (for example water, tea, fruit juices), as long as they are not hot and not carbonated.
