CHAMOMILE

Indications
Infusion characterized by the presence of flowers yellow tubular and white ligulate flowers.

Dosage and method of use
1-2 infusions per day. A filter is enough to prepare a cup of infusion (about 100 ml). Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and infuse for 5-7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the more substances; birds. Honey is recommended for sweetening.

Properties
The yellow tubular flowers are rich in essential oil and chamazulene.
The white ligulate flowers are rich in similar apigenin flavonoids.
