Ingredients
Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.] seeds es (25% 5-hydroxytryptophan) corresponding to 5-hydroxytryptophan, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised corn starch, silica from bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems. Constituents of the capsule of vegetable origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Mode; of use
Take 1-2 capsules a day, with main meals.

Warnings
Not to be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking antidepressant or anxiolytic medications, consult your doctor before taking the product.
