Dosage and method; of use
2 tablets 2-3 times a day away from meals. In sport 2 tablets half an hour before and 4 tablets half an hour after the end of the competition or training.
Warnings
Do not use in case of liver disease or severe kidney.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not use during pregnancy and children, or in any case for prolonged periods without medical advice.

L-leucine; L-lysine; L-threonine; L- phenylalanine; L-methionine; L-tryptophan; L-isoleucine; L-valine; L-histidine; L-cystine; ltyrosine; vitamin B6. For a total of 1 g of amino acids.
