Forest Therapy

Forest therapy is a practice that was born in Japan, where it bears the name of Shinrin Yoku which literally means "bathing in the forest".
Immersion in nature and breathing the volatile substances emitted by the branches, bark and resins of forest trees reduces stress and contributes to general psycho-physical well-being.
Purae's Forest Therapy contains Siberian Fir and Eucalyptus globulus oils to release all the well-being of the forest's essential oils into the air, which purify the air and improve breathing.
