The butcher's broom or butcher's broom uses rhizomes that contain essential oil, resin, potassium salts, saponosides (ruscogenin), flavonoids (rutoside). È an excellent diuretic and vasoconstrictor of the venous system, also useful for helping to reduce edema. Pu ò be used against nephritis and urinary stones, joint rheumatism, cellulite and problems related to venous insufficiency: varices, hemorrhoids.
