Mode à of use
Shake before use; it is recommended to consume 40 to 80 drops per day, or 1-2 teaspoons, diluted with herbal tea, th è or other cold drink.

It is not; a medicine. Do not take during pregnancy and lactation. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
