Karos oral spray È a solution based on hyaluronic acid to nabulize in the throat in case of oropharyngeal mucosal inflammation (inflammation of the oryl and pharyngeal mucosa).
Hyaluronic acid, thanks to its properties; viscoelastic and physical, it forms a protective barrier on the inflamed oropharyngeal mucosa; in fact, being a hydrophilic molecule, it is; able to absorb water up to 1000 times its volume, forming almost a gel.
For this reason, the nebulization of Karos oral spray based on hyaluronic acid, directly in the aqueous environment of the oropharyngeal area, allows the formation of a thin film.
This film acts as a protective barrier for the pharyngolaryngeal mucosa in case of mucosal inflammation caused by non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (NERD) or by diseases of the upper respiratory tract, such as pharyngitis and laryngitis , both in the acute and chronic phase.
Reflux disease is; a notably widespread pathology, especially in the Western world and È closely linked to lifestyle and eating habits.

Karos oral spray È indicated in the treatment of symptoms related to oropharyngeal mucosal inflammation (inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth up to the pharynx) such as: inflammation of the vocal cords with and without dysphonia (voice disorders), hoarseness, necessity; to clear the throat, necess À scratching of the throat, excess mucus in the throat, sensation of post-nasal discharge, chronic cough, pharyngeal globe with foreign body sensation (sensation of constriction or a foreign body in the throat), when these disorders are related to pharyngolangeal reflux disease (RFL) or to affections of the upper respiratory tract such as pharyngitis and laryngitis, both in the acute and chronic phase.
Karos oral spray is added and does not replace other therapeutic treatments that may be prescribed to patients.

Composition
Each multidose bottle of 20 ml contains: sodium hyaluronate 0.3% Hyaluronic acid, Sodium salt), sodium doride, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, citric acid, purified water.
Frequency of use
Yes they recommend 2 puffs in the mouth 3 times a day, 1 hour after meals.
Continue the treatment for a period of 2 weeks, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor.
140 microliters of solution are dispensed with each spray.
How to use
Press on the dispenser, directing the jet towards the back of the mouth.
Keep the bottle vertical. Shake before use.
Do not use food or drink for about 1 hour after treatment.
