We recommend taking 1 tablet 2 times a day.

Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, thickeners: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; bisglycinate zinc, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; manganese bisglycinate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; boric acid, bisglycinate copper, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid.
