Directions for use
Adults: take 2 tablets per day during the main meal
Children: halve the dose (1 tablet per day).

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
