The Antarctic Krill (Euphausia superba) is; a microscopic marine crustacean that lives in the deep and cold waters of the Antarctic. From it we obtain a particularly valuable oil, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega 3 series (EPA and DHA) and astaxanthin.
