Iron food supplement.
Does not contain: gluten, lactose.

Ingredients
Iron fumarate; excipients: calcium phosphate dihydrate; hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (hypromellose); vegetable magnesium stearate; stearic acid.

Mode; of use
Take 1 tablet a day during the main meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.

Interaction with drugs
Antipsychotic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine, salicylates, can reduce iron levels.

Interaction with other nutrients
The intake of high doses of calcium, magnesium and zinc, can; interfere with the absorption of iron favored, on the other hand, by vitamin C.

Toxicity; - side effects
Side effects associated with excessive iron supplementation are constipation, diarrhea, gastric pain. Excessive doses are extremely dangerous for children.
