Description
Medical device in oral suspension to counteract the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux by acting on the reflux acid even in case of poor digestion.

Medical device with class IIa mechanical action, CE certified, developed according to a particularly effective original formulation which acts by blocking acid reflux, reducing burning and protecting the mucosa of the esophagus. Its effect is due to the synergistic action of sodium alginate and the neutralizers, sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate, contained in it.

Ingredients
Sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, carbopol 974P, sodium hydroxide, sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium saccharinate, citrus flavouring, mint flavouring, purified water.
Without gluten and lactose.

Mode of use
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 or 2 sachets after main meals and at bedtime. Shake before use.
Children under 12 years: should only be administered on medical advice.
If symptoms do not improve within 7 days, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Warnings

This product contains 144 mg (or 6.29 mmol) of sodium and 160 mg (or 1.6 mmol) of calcium carbonate per 10 ml of suspension. Consult your doctor if you follow a low-salt diet, such as in case of hypertension, heart, liver and kidney problems and in case of hypercalcemia, nephrocalcinosis, recurrent kidney stones containing calcium.
The suspension contains methyl- p-hydroxybenzoate and propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate which can cause allergic reactions (even delayed).
For pregnant and breastfeeding women, even if there are no known risks, it is advisable to consult your doctor before taking the product.
Do not use in case of severe renal insufficiency as it the exogenous salt supplement provided by antacids can cause electrolyte imbalances.
For periods of use exceeding 30 days, it is recommended to interrupt treatment for at least 5-7 days. If you do not notice any improvement in symptoms after 7 days of treatment, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

In adolescents (12-18 years) use the product only if strictly necessary and under medical supervision. Do not use the product on children under 18 years of age. younger than 12 years.
The product can interfere with the absorption of concomitantly administered oral medications. Therefore, consult a doctor before using the product, especially if you use the contraceptive pill or life-saving drugs.
It is advisable to consult your doctor in case of simultaneous intake of oral medicines, which in any case must be administered at least 2 hours away.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 8°C and 25°C, in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and from heat sources.
