Enervit Sport Isotonic Drink é; an instant granulate for the preparation of a drink based on carbohydrates and mineral salts to be used in case of profuse sweating following intense activity; muscular and sporty. * Carbohydrate drinks - mineral salts increase water absorption during exercise and contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged exercise. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
PERFORMANCE / RESISTANCE. The carbohydrate-mineral salts drinks contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged physical exercise.
THIAMINE contributes to normal energy   metabolism.
NIACIN contributes to the reduction of tiredness and rsquo; fatigue.
VITAMIN D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Directions for use
Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of two scoops (equivalent to about 30 g of product) in a 500 ml bottle. During intense physical exercise it is recommended to take 500 ml of product per hour of activity, drinking regularly (one sip about every 15 minutes) and taking into account the intensity; of exercise and environmental conditions.
