High Energy Bars contain a mixture of simple and complex carbohydrates, to provide energy during intense and sustained exercise, to maximize energy reserves from carbohydrates. They are rich in vitamins B1, B2, niacin, C and E:
      Vitamins B1 and niacin
They help convert food into energy .
      Vitamins C, E and B2
They are involved in the antioxidant protection of cellular components.
They have a low fat content and are therefore more digestible.
Recommended during resistance exercises (>1 h). Contains lactose.

Ingredients
Oat flakes, crunchy cereal agglomerates (rice and wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt and gluten); glucose syrup; candied orange peel 10.5% (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar, acidifiers: citric acid); invert sugar syrup; vegetable oils; apple pieces 3.1%, stabilizers: glycerol and sorbitol; skimmed milk powder; whey powder; flavourings; pineapple flakes 1.3% (pineapple, corn starch, sugar); acidifiers: citric acid; salt; emulsifiers: soy and rapeseed lecithins; vitamins C; niacin; vitamin B6; vitamin B1; vitamin B2; vitamin E (lactose, milk proteins).

Mode for use
Ideal during training sessions or competitions. It can also be consumed before exercise during the preparation phase.
