Powdered food supplement based on simple and complex carbohydrates with magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, creatine and ginseng extract.
Carbohydrate and electrolyte solutions increase water absorption during exercise and contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged physical exercise.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and , together with vitamin C, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Ginseng helps to counteract physical and mental tiredness.
Lemon flavour.

Ingredients

Mode instructions for use
It is recommended to dissolve the daily dose of product (30 g equal to 1 and a half scoops) in approximately 500 ml of water and take before, during and after training. So by doing this you obtain a solution of carbohydrates and electrolytes.
