After 45 minutes or an hour from taking, drink abundantly and then urinate: in this way the mannose associated with coli is eliminated, having given the substance time to act. It is advisable to extend the treatment for a period of time from three to six months and in particular cases even for longer; time.
Treatment of acute cystitis: é; take one sachet every three hours, until the symptoms disappear, preferably after sending the urine culture. Then continue with the maintenance dosage.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under of the 3 years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and direct heat sources. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor.
In diseases that cause intestinal malabsorption such as Chron's disease, celiac disease and intestinal parasites, the use of D-Mannose can; be ineffective. It is not; contraindicated n é in diabetes mellitus (although it will be; good to periodically check blood sugar), n é in age; pediatric (the dosage must be adapted, however). No side effects are known, however new research has highlighted the fact that like the E. Coli bacterium it attacks tissue cells using mannose receptors, as well; D-Mannose surrounds the sperm and prevents it from adhering to the egg. This means that with regular intake of Irene the probability is reduced; of conception. Cranberry increases the coagulation time therefore subjects under anticoagulant therapy must consult their doctor before taking it.
Occasionally, after taking high dosages, it is; a reduction in stool consistency was observed. If there is any doubt that Irene's D-Mannose could be the cause, it is; well try to suspend it.
