Description
Food supplement based on isolated whey protein hydrolyzed with nucleotides. iPep è therefore ideal in the post workout, to accelerate the processes of muscle recovery and repair, to promote protein synthesis and growth.

Ingredients
Optipep 90 DH4 hydrolyzed whey protein isolate milk (contain emulsifier: soy lecithin ), cocoa powder, taurine, flavors, nucleotides; sweetener: sucralose; thickener: xanthan gum; Enzymix (enzymes from maltodextrin fermented by Aspergillus oryzae), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Mode à of use
Take 20 g per day (equal to 2 scoops) dissolved in 300 ml of water or other liquid. To promote recovery in athletes, take 30 g of product, 20 minutes after exercise, possibly associating them with simple and assimilable carbohydrates such as Malto + and Glycogen.
