D-LIMONENE, LINALOOL, LINALYL ACETATE, LITSEA CUBEBA ORGANIC ESSENTIAL OIL, (R)-P-MENTHA-1.8- DIENE, BETA-CARYOPHYLLENE, GERANYL ACETATE, GERANIOL, NERYL ACETATE, CARVACROL, ALPHA-PINENE, L-LIMONENE, BETA - PINENE, DELTA-3-CARENE, 1-OCTEN-3-YL ACETATE, NEROL, EUCALYPTOL.

How to use
Place the inhaler 1 cm from the nostril, close the other nostril.
Inhale deeply the aromas of the essential oils 3 times.
Repeat with the other nostril in the same way.

Nasal use.
