Ialuvit Ophthalmic Solution

Solution with a high content of sodium hyaluronate (0.5%) which, thanks to its properties pseudo plastic mucomimetics, is distributed uniformly on the ocular surface forming a protective viscoelastic bandage. In this way, it stabilizes the tear film and reduces friction and stress caused by eye movements.

Cyanocobalamin and taurine, respectively a B vitamin and an amino acid, are physiologically present in the tissues of the anterior segment of the eye and, together with hyaluronic acid, are able to assist the process of re-epithelization of the corneal surface. Formulated in a hypotonic solution in order to counterbalance any hyperosmolarity. of the tear film and, thanks to its particular saline composition, restores and maintains at physiological levels the concentrations of important ions, such as sodium, potassium and magnesium, essential for the well-being of the ocular surface.

Mode instructions for use
In order to reduce the risk of product contamination, please open the foil pouch just before using it. Detach a single vial from the strip.
To open the vial, remove the top flap by twisting it, making sure to place it on a clean surface so you can reuse it to close the vial after use. Instil 1-2 drops into each eye making sure the drop falls from the top and making sure the ampoule does not touch the eyelashes or surface of the eyes.
Close the vial by inserting the flap immediately after use. Ialuvit can also be used by contact lens wearers.

Warnings
Do not use the solution after the expiry date indicated on the carton. Keep out of reach of children. The shade red of the solution is due to the presence of cyanocobalamin and does not mean that the product is compromised. If this ophthalmic solution were to be used with contact lenses, it may change color; this effect is It is only temporary and does not damage the lens in any way.

Contraindications
Side effects On rare occasions, it is experienced slightly blurry vision after instillation. This is due to viscosity of the solution.
